About the event
We are inviting you to escape the noise of everyday life and to embark on a deeply nourishing journey where the gentle sway of the sea meets the grounding power of movement and breath.
Over three unforgettable days, we will glide across the turquoise waters of the Golfo dell’Asinara, anchoring near the pristine shores of La Pelosa Beach. Each day, we’ll rise with the sun, flowing through mindful movement on deck, breathing deeply with the rhythm of the waves, and surrendering to the stillness of the open sea.
Our journey begins on May 22nd at 12:00 PM, when you’ll step aboard and be welcomed into a space of peace and connection.
